About this site

I write for me. I write to practice boldness, imperfection, letting go. I write because, as Thiagi said, “The magic is in the debrief.” I write to stop, breathe, observe. I write and if you want to read it, I welcome you in.

I don’t know where I’m headed with this new chapter of my life, but I want a “paper” trail, evidence of where I’ve been. Not locked in a plastic tub gathering dust in my friend’s attic never to be read again, but available to flip through…er, scroll…through. And maybe by exposing more of me to the light, I’ll learn something – perhaps from you! Your reactions, comments, thoughts – I welcome you to chew on these topics and experiences with me. And, just maybe I can help someone figure out how to use the Medellín metro.
